location

MOSCOW

The city changes when architecture takes on more than just shaping the silhouette and begins to care. The competitive project of the residential complex demonstrates an approach in which spatial logic, image, and functions are woven into a single statement.

Everything starts with the context. The concept unfolds from the scale of the city to the scale of a window, from the planning framework to the texture of the facade. The facades are designed as a multi-layered score: the rhythms of the windows, soft transitions in the finishing, details that work for perception from different distances. Light and shadow make the architecture dynamic — during the day it is tactile, in the evening it is more graphic.

Inside the block, it’s a different story. There is no hustle and bustle, and the routes do not dictate or rush, but invite: to walk, linger, sit down. In this environment, convenience does not sacrifice aesthetics, and the courtyards become a natural extension of the house.
