The complex is seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, interacting with key transportation arteries (the Central Ring Road and A-107). The use of perforations and louvers on the façades softens the visual impact, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. More utilitarian façades between the buildings are clad in sandwich panels, emphasizing the balance between aesthetics and practicality.

This project aligns with new standards of industrial architecture—harmony, functionality, sustainability, and expressiveness.
The logistics complex in Mikhailovo-Yartsevskoye is an exploration of industrial architecture, where utility meets aesthetics. We have demonstrated how functional structures can become an integral part of the urban environment while evoking an emotional response.

Spanning 70,000 square meters, the complex is designed to optimize logistics. The high-ceiling warehouses (12.5 m) feature a well-thought-out layout, while the administrative building offers comfortable offices, relaxation areas, and a cafeteria to ensure efficient operations. Technical facilities are seamlessly integrated into the project, maintaining both harmony and autonomy.
