An office with a well-balanced mix of work, recreational, and informal areas was created for a comfortable work environment. We preserved the historic floor mosaic, which forms the central corridor, and transformed the old engineering pipes into an art installation that completes the corridor. We also highlighted the Soviet character of the building by retaining the textured concrete. It creates an interplay with soft furnishings, natural veneer, and historical artifacts, setting the tone for the entire space.

Офис с хорошим балансом рабочих, рекреационных
и неформальных зон был создан для комфортной работы.
Мы сохранили историческую мозаику на полу, которая образует центральный коридор, а старые инженерные трубы превратили в арт-объект, который завершает коридор. Также мы подчеркнули советский образ здания, оставив фактурный бетон. Он создает игру с мягкой мебелью, натуральным шпоном,
и историческими артефактами, которая задает всю атмосферу пространства.
